There is FREE SHIPPING on all our Photo Album orders shipped to the USA.
For orders including photo products, packaging or folio boxes only, free shipping applies to orders with three or more items, otherwise, a flat fee of $15 will be charged per order.
A flat fee of $15 per order is applied on: Sample Albums, Photo Book Basic, and Prints/DreamPrints unless specified differently.
For all US shipping, we have partnered with UPS.
By default, all packages are sent as an express delivery. Shipping service time - is composed from the time between the order being placed and the order leaving our warehouse and between the time it will take the courier to deliver the parcel to the customer. The shipping time is estimated as 4-6 working days. Turnaround time is 8-10 working days. Production time for Photo Albums with Deep Matte paper may be extended up to 10 business days. The customs clearance is done on our behalf, this procedure is obligatory for each package and it may occasionally extend the delivery time.
Shipments are delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
All delivery charges are indicated in the cart and through the confirmation e-mails.
Some areas with certain zip codes would qualify for additional shipping charges. Please check Delivery and Extended Area Surcharges on UPS website.
Shipping outside of US & Canada
For orders shipped outside of US & Canada, there is a limit of products per order.
-A maximum of two products from categories Folio Box or Complete Set per order. Available product combinations: 2x Folio Box, 2x Complete Set, 1x Folio Box + 1x Complete Set.
-A maximum of 4 products from categories Photo Album, Photo Book Pro, DreamBook 4K per order.
-A maximum of 1 product from category Grand Gallery Photo Book.
The limitations mentioned above cannot be combined. If you have questions or something is unclear please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please know that you are more than welcome to order more products than the maximum amount of products mentioned above. Orders need to be placed separately keeping in mind the limitations above.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All nPhoto products are manufactured in Europe and shipped globally. We have developed the process of shipping to make it convenient and eco-friendly. Each product is packed with care using a combination of protective materials to ensure safe transport. That being said, the transportation process itself is beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to check the package at the time of delivery. If the package is severely damaged, please visit our RETURN POLICY for instructions on how to report it.
All our packages are sent tracked and able to be followed every step of the way by the customer. You can track your package by following the tracking link on your individual nPhoto Account or by following the link sent to you with the shipping confirmation email.
