nPhoto guarantees your satisfaction with the workmanship of your Photo album or Photobook. On the off chance your printed Photo album and Photobook arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us via nPhoto’s Customer Support (e-mail: Tel: +1 (631) 772 - 0030) within 14 days of receipt. You should quote your order and account numbers and the reason for return (Please download the form which can be found HERE). The Customer Support will respond to a complaint made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of their submission, as well as inform the Customer about the further course of proceedings. To resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, we may ask for images of the product to investigate further. We’ll make things right for you.
The courier is obligated to fill in the damage report and to have a parcel damage protocol.
Before signing the damage protocol, the protocol should be read carefully and special attention should be paid to the compliance of the information contained therein with the actual condition of the parcel (damage to the packaging, warning signs).

Compensation liability of the Service Provider towards the Customer due to lost profits, loss of the company’s reputation or image, consequential and indirect damages is excluded. Any compensation liability of the Service Provider towards the Customer related to the purchased Product / Good / Service is limited to its selling price.

For approximately one hour from the time an order for a printed Photo album or Photobook is placed, users can cancel orders themselves. Past one hour, please understand that Nphoto cannot provide refunds or cancel orders, except for the cases expressly described in this return policy (i.e., your printed Photo album or Photobook arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship), nPhoto cannot otherwise accept returns.

When Purchasing Your Personalised Photo Album or Photo Product
Your Photo Album or Photo Product is fully personalised. nPhoto does not proof, edit, or change your content in any way. This means it’s your responsibility to review your Photo Plbum or Photo Product before you save changes and order.

Be sure to check the elements mentioned below before you submit your order as they will not be taken into account in the event of a claim.
-Typos, grammar, unfinished text, or other text errors
-Low-resolution images 
-Dark images that appear dark on screen (nPhoto doesn’t brighten your images to match what you see on a backlit screen)
-Design issues, including book format, layouts, style, colors
-Any other creative choices you made, such as texts, cliparts etc.
It is best to review your Photo Album or Photo Product in preview modes before printing. We strongly recommend printing a hard copy of your Photo Album or Photo Product on your local printer for a final once-over. (You might ask a friend to look it over, too.) If you find changes you’d like to make, no problem. Just make them in the applicable software or JPG file, upload the revised Photo Album or Photo Product and then order as many copies as you’d like.
