Designing your Laser Etch (Custom Logo)
Laser Etch technology cuts away the primary layer of leatherette or textile leaving the layer underneath exposed. Due to its invasive nature, this procedure is not available with all material options.

How can I design my Laser Etch?
To design your Laser Etch use one of our templates, which are available for download in nShop or your shopping cart (after selecting "self-made pattern" option).

Your Laser Etch/UV Print should be designed as a vector file in Illustrator or Corel or any other vector graphics editor like Inkscape and saved as .pdf file. Fonts should be changed to curves, otherwise, the cover personalisation will not be able to be carried out. Design in black, with no tonal changes and greys. The colour of the cover personalisation depends on the chosen option and the chosen cover material.

How large can my Laser Etch be?
Your Laser Etchcan be any size, as long as it fits on your product. We suggest leaving a 5mm safe area around the edges of the cover of your product. For example, for a 30x30cm album, you would be able to create a Laser Etch of 29x29cm, at maximum.
In the case of a Laser Etch on a USB, the largest print available is 3,7cm x 1,5cm.

Designing your UV Print (Custom Logo)
UV Print technology is available on most leatherettes and textiles. The colour of the UV Print has been matched to the colour of the material. The UV Print is printed on the cover of your product. In contrast to Laser Etching, this option’s gentle method allows it to be available for all materials.
